3. Customer Due Diligence requirements (CDD)

You agree and acknowledge that for conducting any financial transactions through the website, CreditExchange.ai may implement client/customer due diligence measures and request mandatory information required for Know Your Customer (KYC) purposes. As a customer, you are obligated to provide this information while facilitating your requests for loans, credit cards, mutual funds, and other financial products with banks or financial institutions, in accordance with the applicable Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and its rules.

4. Eligibility

You declare and confirm that you are a resident of India, above 18 (Eighteen) years of age, and have the capacity to contract as specified under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, while availing the Services offered by the Company.

11. General

If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision. This Terms of Use (TOU) and the relationship between you and CreditExchange.ai will be governed by the laws of India.
